飞利浦Mx8000 EXP 双排螺旋CT故障维修一例   

 

 

飞利浦Mx8000 EXP  CT每天早晨做病人之前,都需要做下short TC,即短校正。但是今天在做short TC的过程中机架却无法完成,并且报错general error。这是个一般错误提示,这个时候你可以依次进入SERVICE—ERROR LOG VIEWER—create filter—然后在H/S这个选项里勾上HW说明你需要看到的是硬件方面的错误,然后再severity的选项里勾上critical(致命的)和error(错误),接下去点下OK键。他的ERROR LOG VIEWER就会一一呈现,你再点下DATE,他就会按照从近到远的时间排序倒推上去。这个时候你就会看到一个故障提示:S¬_master_sequencer_acq_not ok。他的意思就是数据采集失败,acq就是acquisition也就是采集的意思。所以,我们由此可知short TC无法完成的原因就是数据采集失败。    那此时我们就要首先了解这款机器的数据采集原理和过程才可以去解决问题。飞利浦Mx8000 EXP 双排螺旋CT用于传输探测器采集的原始数据(RAW DATA)光路系统,也叫data link。实际结构如图所示。探测器采集的原始数据经过旋转部的发射盒(RSLI)调制成光电信号,在通过wave guide 里的两个棱镜把光电信号传递给固定部分的七个接受棱镜,当机架旋转时,信号发射端的wave guide 转到任何角度时都会至少有一个固定部分的接收棱镜与它处于光路通讯状态。这样就保证了机架高速旋转时,采集的数据可以不间断的,实时的,快速的,无接触的传递给控制台重建成断层图像。而由于数据信号加载在光波上,所以对光路的正常工作功率有一定的要求。换句话说,如果7个棱镜只要沾上一点灰尘,他的光强度一低,机架就会扫描中断,报采集错误。    我们为了解决这个问题,就需要打开机架,用干棉签重点清洁图一上的旋转部的棱镜反射铜槽和七个棱镜。用干棉签即可。动作尽量轻柔。然后合上机架,运行short TC,故障排除。
